Tango - Learn to dance Argentine Tango, one of the most complex and challenging partner dances. Instructors will guide you through the basics of tango; the posture, embrace, walk, ochos, and molinetes. Returning and experienced dancers will find themselves increasingly challenged as they refine their technique while learning increasingly complex figures.

Salsa - Salsa is a popular, highly energetic club dance. You will learn the fundamentals, including breaking on the one, turning, cross-body leads and shine. Instructors will teach you to dance to the basic rhythm of salsa with style and fancy footwork. Experienced and returning dancers will learn increasingly complex combinations, advanced rhythm patterns.

Swing Dance - Dance to big band, rock-and-roll, and blues with Swing. Instructors will teach you to dance to various tempos using variations of the six-count basic, including single-, double-, and triple-steps. You will learn unique Swing moves. Intermediate dancers will increase their knowledge of the various forms of swing.

Group classes are open for both singles and couples. Group classes are designed to teach students the basic principals of social dancing which include patterns, musicality, partnering, and the characterization of each dance. For class schedule click here.  Group Classes are an important addendum to your private instruction. They give you the opportunity to dance with a variety of partners, develop good dance habits, and meet other students in the studio. In Group Classes we emphasize technique, style, and variation of patterns. You may be taught materials that your regular instructor hasn't introduced to you yet. Additionally, material that hasn't been introduced will be reviewed and practiced for improvement.

Private lessons are the best and quickest way to get results out of your dancing. Similar to having a personal trainer, having the exclusive attention of your instructor allows the focus to be on your specific needs. If you wish, your instructor can design a personalized program which includes the dances you want with a reasonable timeline to accomplish your goals. Some students also choose to be tested in their level. Whatever your motivation may be - a wedding, party, self improvement, or competition, private lessons offer superior results. During your one-on-one private lessons, you will receive personalized instruction that will help you achieve your goals in dancing. Your instructor will spend the time necessary on technique, styling, and general dance improvement. An up-to-date record of everything you have learned will also be kept as part of your instruction.

Dance Fever Studio is conveniently located on Needham - Newton line by the Exit 19 of Route 128. It has an excellent dance floor, all the amenities and friendly atmosphere.
